Excellent Thai food at a great price all at Key Largo!! This place is awesome! We had a craving for Thai food and this place was closest to our location. It's sort of a hole in the wall as far as appearance but the food is truly authentic with generous portions. We ordered green papaya salad and drunken noodle with shrimp. The papaya salad was fresh and light with 2 HUGE shrimp. Nice sized. Absolutely delicious!! The drunken noodle had a generous amount of noodles, vegetables as well as 7 HUGE fresh shrimp. One of the best made drunken noodle I've had anywhere!! Service was prompt. Outside seating under a fan. I would definitely go back again if I'm in the area.
Food was delicious! Service was fast and attentive. And the location was ideal and easy to get to with a lot of parking.
I decided to explore a different Thai restaurant in the Keys and stumbled upon the Key Thai Restaurant & Sushi Bar. I ordered my go-to, Pad Woonsen, and began with some veggie spring rolls as an appetizer. Once again, I forgot to specify the level of spiciness for my Pad Woonsen, but luckily, they provided a hot sauce that packed some real heat. I loved it as an addition to my dish. The veggie spring rolls were amazing -- crispy, fresh, and paired perfectly with the sauce. The staff was really friendly and attentive, refilling my water several times. After a day of breathing dry air from air tanks from diving, I truly appreciated that. Overall I loved the food and their service and I'll be back.
Fabulous food. Fabulous service by Mui. Fabulous Interior. Don't judge a book by its cover, or as my wife said,"We are eating here"? Yes, we are and everyone will enjoy it. Guess what, everyone did enjoy it immensely . But what you really want to hear about is THE FOOD: Seaweed salad - so good and very big portion. Spring rolls - come in servings of 3, cut in half. Small serving and even smaller serving of sweet chili sauce, but still good. California Roll - tight roll, on point. Thai Manga - I've never seen this offered anywhere, it was so delicious. Shrimp Stir Fry - something my wife had, which looked delicious, and she ate all of it, but she did say it was a little salty. Since they use soy in this dish, I would expect the salt, but if your diet prohibits salt, beware. Really loved this spot. it really does not look spectacular from the outside, but like the book with a bad cover, it's still reads really nice.
